| Project Description: | Project Description: The project consists primarily of lining approximately 2,500 lineal feet of deteriorated sewer main lines within four residential tracts. The four sewer line reaches are between (1) Edinger Ave from Graham St. to Clubhouse Ln., (2) Lynn Ln from Warner Ave. to Pearce Dr., (3) Keelson Ln. from Slater Ave. to Kristin Cir., (4) Rotterdam Ln. from Friesland Dr. to Warner Ave. Some lines contain cracks and have root intrusion. Videos will be available for viewing online and inspection sheets with pipe-run graphs and photos are included in Specifications. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, as AGENCY, invites sealed bids for the above stated projects and will receive such bids in the office of the City Clerk, Second Floor, 2000 Main Street, Huntington Beach, California 92648, up to the hour of 2:00 P.M. on July 10. 2012. Bids will be publicly open in the Council Chambers unless otherwise posted. Copies of the Plans, Specifications, and contract documents are available from the Office of the Director of Public Works, 2000 Main Street, Huntington Beach, CA 92648, upon payment of a $15.00 nonrefundable fee if picked up, or payment of a $35.00 nonrefundable fee if sent by UPS ground delivery (bidder shall pay additional costs for special delivery).
