Project Description: Excavate and haul away approximately 35,500 cubic yards material to create a wetland. (There is a limited time allowable for tractor and trucking work due to strict environmental constraints – with a milestone completion date for the tractor work).
Provide and install a Recycled Water Irrigation System.
Provide and install plants and other organic materials. Establish the plants for 120 days.
Maintain the site for 5 years.
Liquidated Damages $12,500/ day for milestone completion, $200/day for project completion
