Project Description: Work will consist of the rehabilitation of a small two-lane rural road and improve drainage. Work outlined will be the removal and replacement of damaged asphalt as well as skin patching for leveling the roadway. A new Cape Seal surface will be placed end to end. A new 6” asphalt berm will be constructed along portions of the road to control water runoff.
