Project Description: The project consists primarily of milling existing pavement, installation of fabric and asphalt overlay, adjusting utility valves and manholes, replacement of traffic loops, and traffic striping.

Copies of the Specifications and contract documents are available from the Office of the Director of Public Works, 2000 Main Street, Huntington Beach, CA 92648, upon payment of a $30.00 nonrefundable fee if picked up, or payment of a $40.00 nonrefundable fee if sent by UPS ground delivery (bidder shall pay additional costs for special delivery).
