| Project Description: | NOTICE: BIDDERS MUST OBTAIN BIDDING DOCUMENTS AND PREPARE THEIR BIDS ON FORMS OBTAINED DIRECTLY FROM THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS. BIDS PREPARED ON FORMS OBTAINED FROM OTHER SOURCES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BIDDERS MUST BE LISTED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAN HOLDERS LIST AT THE TIME BIDS ARE PUBLICLY OPENED. BIDS RECEIVED FROM BIDDERS WHO ARE NOT LISTED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAN HOLDERS LIST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The project consists of providing right turn lane on SH 18; removing existing asphalt concrete surfacing; cold planing and overlaying; removing and relocating existing traffic signs; removing existing traffic stripes, markings and markers; grading and placing hot mix asphalt over aggregate base/pulverized material; constructing driveway, curb and gutter; placing and installing traffic signs; placing pavement markers; painting traffic stripings and markings and doing other work appurtenant thereto. If requesting plans be mailed, please mail check, made out to the County of San Bernardino, to the address listed (Attn: Contracts Room 147). Include an additional $10.00 per set for first class mail or $15.00 for next day delivery. No fax copies of checks or credit cards are accepted. |
