**Questions Due: June 21, 2012 4pm**
The City invites proposals for architectural, engineering design and related services firms which are not currently on the City’s Approved Consultant List in order to supplement the current Consultant Team (Team). It is the City’s intent to add additional members to the Consultant Team. Such members of the Consultant Team would be required to execute an agreement related to specific areas of expertise, with contract terms of up to two years subject to consultant performance, availability of projects, funding, etc. No work is guaranteed from this Request for Proposals (RFP), selection for inclusion on the Approved Consultant List, or any resulting contract with the City.
The City intends to use a Consultant Team for many important professional services as part of the City’s Consultant Team program, including:
-Design Engineering, Architecture and Technical Services
-Project Management, Construction Management and Inspection Services
-Design Plan Check
-Right-Of-Way Services
-Transportation Services
-Right of Way Services (Acquisition, Appraisal, & Infrastructure Management)
-Environmental Services
-Geotechnical, Engineering Geology, and Materials Testing Consultant
