The Ohlone Community College District is inviting all licensed contractors to submit the following information to the District for inclusion on the District's list of all qualified bidders for informal bidding for Calendar Year 2012.

2. Telephone Number at which the contractor may be reached.
3. Type of work (trade) in which the contractor is interested and currently licensed to perform
4. Class of contractor license number(s)
5. Contractor's License #
6. Fax number at which the contractor should be reached
7. E-mail address at which the contractor may be reached.
8. Short list of projects representative to the type of work interested in, including project costs and references for each project listed.
