Email Joyce Cheung (jcheung@cmsa.us) at least 24 hours before the start of the pre-bid conference for a link/call-in number.  Project Description: This Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to blast and recoat the secondary clarifier steel mechanisms; remove and replace the Owner- furnished the center column and internal return-activated-sludge (RAS) pipe, squeegee blades and turntable drive unit; resurface the effluent trough concrete; perform mechanical improvements including weir leveling and installation of spray nozzles; upgrade the walkway with new fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) grating; and perform all associated work and appurtenances as shown in the plans and specifications for Secondary Clarifier No. 3. Note Addendum No. 1: Changed date for pre-bid meeting and bid opening.
