RFP/RFQ Description: The County was awarded a Caltrans grant to prepare a LRSP. Preparing a LRSP provides an opportunity to address unique roadway safety needs in the County of Santa Cruz while contributing to the success of the the State's Strategic Safety Plan. The County's primary objective for this Agreement is to obtain professional assistance for the preparation of the County's LRSP. The consultant will serve as the central coordinator for all activities between the consulting team, County staff and other agencies.
