Contra Costa County Public Works Department (CCCPWD) builds and maintains road infrastructure in unincorporated Contra Costa County (County), flood control infrastructure within formed drainage areas throughout the County, and operates two airports (in Concord and Byron). Typical projects include new construction, maintenance and improvements of existing public infrastructure facilities, including, but not limited to roadways, airports, bridges, and drainage facilities. All qualified interested firms are invited to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ). The County will evaluate the SOQs to establish the firms that can provide on-call M&T services. All on-call M&T service contracts awarded will be valid for up to three (3) years. On call contracts will likely have contract values ranging from $100,000 and $200,000. The County will select up to seven (7) firms to provide on-call M&T services Addenda to this RFQ, if issued, will be posted on the CCCPWD website at www.cccounty.us/pwrfq. It is the Consultant’s responsibility to check the CCCPWD website to obtain any addenda that may be issued. Submit three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format on a CD, DVD, or USB drive of the SOQ. The hard copies and electronic copy are due by 5:00 PM, June 10, 2021.
